Anna Reddy from Leap Health ran a series of 4 workshops for the Insurance Institutes in the North East Region covering various topics in relation to health and wellbeing such as how food connects to mood and the challenges/benefits of hybrid working. Anna was great at finding ways to connect with the audience, getting them involved throughout the sessions with questions and thought provoking facts. We’ve had some great feedback from our members and due to the success of these the Insurance Sector is planning to repeat these across different areas so we can share to a wider audience.

Anna recently provided us with some game-changing 1-on-1 coaching for our Management Team at Panaz. This was no mean feat, as our team is a mix of new and long-term staff members with a very diverse range of talents and ideas. Anna approached this task with full sensitivity and careful listening, guiding us to realise our untapped potential and ways in which we can best approach the GC Index as a tool for well-being and productivity.

Recently, I attended a couple of courses that Anna has run on health and wellbeing. Anna is a very likeable person. She is super kind and very enthusiastic. She gives good advice, support and feedback. She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, health and fitness and she has encouraged me over the past few weeks to stay on track with my fitness and weight loss programme. We contacted Anna for some specific nutrition help. She was really friendly and knowledgeable, sharing tips and recipes as well as more scientific information. She helped us both to adjust our eating habits to suit our lifestyle and requirements and encouraged us to think about small changes we could make that might ultimately make a big difference. It didn’t feel like hard work to change our poor eating habits!
